Our dishwasher stopped draining and after a few failed attempts to fix it ourselves reach out to Professional Appliance to see if they could help. Happily, they responded super quickly and slotted us in for an appointment the next morning. Technician came out to fix the dishwasher and had it drained in no time. He was extremely professional, nice, and took Covid protocols seriously.

Our refrigerator gave out and a tech was able to come out the same day to check it out. We needed a new motor, which had to be ordered.
The tech came out bright and earlier the very next day, with the part and fixed it for a fraction of the price of a new refrigerator.
I held off on posting a review, not sure our refrigerator would still be working a month later (ya never know), but it is in tip-top shape. GREAT & FRIENDLY service and very reasonable prices.

The cleaning cycles finally killed my 24 inch gas wall oven. Trevor from Professional Appliance Repair attack came out and diagnosed. This began an odyssey of trying to find a new gas oven "one Might come in November" to calling a contractor to maybe make a bigger cabinet, bigger oven, etc. but .$$$$$$$ and they were all slammed too. Decided to just fix it for now. Henrik came this time, and took out the computer to fix.
Just left and yay I have a working oven again. He told me he just repaired it and didn't need new part so they charge was LESS than they quoted. Honest! The two young men that came to my house were professional, kind, and respectful. Highly recommended.

My life-line microwave on my built-in microwave and oven combo stopped working and I needed to find someone that could repair it. The technician, Mike, came the same day of my call and he was able to quickly diagnose that the microswitch needed to be replaced. Thank goodness it wasn't a bigger problem!
Mike had to come back the next day with his co-worker, with a dolly to be able to pull the microwave oven combo appliance out of the cabinet so the microswitch on the microwave could be replaced. Within an hour, my microwave was working again!

When our Samsung dryer gave up (with a BANG), we cold-called a repair company that was the closest. The scheduler that answered was extremely friendly. The technician they dispatched to our home was the most competent I have ever observed. He pointed out what had failed and explained that the replacement part had been re-engendered and should never happen again.
He explained everything he would be doing (he had a replacement part in his vehicle) and gave a very fair price. Once he had it installed, he then gave the internal works a through vacuuming making it much safer than before. Highly recommended!

We were looking for someone to install our brand new washer and dryer (with pedestals). We bought them from Best Buy but the team they sent to deliver and install the appliances were unable to because it required a 1/2 inch gas valve versus the 3/8ths valve that they had. They also would not install the pedestals because we didn't buy them as part of the same order. We were very frustrated and called around and found that everyone was trying to charge us an exorbitant amount of money to install everything.
Finally, I called Professional Appliance and was pleasantly surprised that they were able to come quickly and install the machines w/pedestals at a fair and reasonable price. We were very happy with the outcome and would recommend to anyone. Thank you Professional Appliance! You guys are awesome!

Professional Appliance is who we use for our summer/winter HVAC service. About a week ago, I turned the A/C on for the first time this year and my Nest thermostat gave me a lovely error message to inform me that there was something off with the HVAC connection. I YouTubed some stuff first, but my HVAC unit is on the roof and I didn't feel very confident in my ability to go up there and start messing around with it. So, I called Professional Appliance.
They were able to have someone come out that same day (which is great, because I couldn't get the AC fan to turn off!). Not only did he fix the problem, but he also showed me everything he was doing (that's right - I went on the roof!) so I actually learned some stuff and have a very basic knowledge about my HVAC unit now. We apparently somehow shorted the transformer in it. He replaced it, and it worked! He really went the extra mile to explain/show me what he was doing and how he know what was wrong with the unit. Thank you!!

My heater was not working but my A/C was cooling the house just fine. I asked around and Professional Appliance responded first.
First of all, the customer service via telephone were great. They were super nice and professional and even made a suggestion to try something before sending someone out. Because of that kind gesture i felt at ease.
The person they sent over was Sam. Real nice guy from the get go! He did a fantastic job. He was really fast too! He asked the necessary questions so he could diagnose the problem and told me what he was doing and why it was not working properly. I think he fixed it in about 10mins!
Thank God cause our house was freezing!
